The real estate developer coordinates this complex task, including all its sub-tasks (planning process, official permits, approvals, land registry, city administration, notary and lawyer tasks, financing and much more) and thus the plan becomes a reality. We are available to our customers by building commercial properties. The entire process is carried out at the pace and depth determined by the client, keeping in mind all technical, aesthetic and stylistic expectations related to a construction, from the first step to the ready-to-use handover and operation.

      • Our services may cover the selection of the real estate in accordance with the investor's plans, planning, implementation, licensing and the possession of the building. Our inspectiion fully covers legal, technical, financial conditions and functionality. Based on the land registry reference or address, we can provide information on the building density of the plot, such as building-to-land ratio, number of levels, building placement, etc. Beside functional suggestions we can also address some aesthetic and ergonomic aspects if required.
      • Before starting a project, we prepare a feasibility study as part of the construction consultancy, examining the legal, technical and economic factors related to the investment, evaluating them, and exploring ways to make the development feasible. In order to reach the best decision, the study includes the benefits of the development, the schedule of the project proposal, management details, market research, and financial data. In the case of certain tenders, it is mandatory to prepare a feasibility study, which provides the background material for the tender. In cases specified in separate legislation, an environmental impact assessment must also be prepared to estimate and evaluate the expected significant changes in the environmental state. The results of the environmental impact assessment stages are summarized with the information necessary for the decision in a preliminary and detailed environmental impact study with the involvement of an environmental protection specialist.
